Science Week- March 2021

Can we firstly start by saying how excited we all are to have the children back into school?

What better week for them to return than British Science Week!

From 5th-14th March, it is British Science Week.

The theme for British Science Week 2021 is ‘Innovating for the Future’.

This theme encourages us to think about the incredible inventions that people have made in the past which can inspire young people everywhere to innovate for the future!

Many inventions that have been made in the past have been innovative and changed our society as we know it. But it isn't just adults that can be inventors; children have the ability, determination and enquiring mind that is required to be an inventor.

During British Science Week, we aim to learn, engage and most of all have fun!

Please keep checking back here during the week to see photos and videos of our experiments and innovations in school! If you do anything at home that is innovative, please let us know and we would love to share your creations so that you can help to inspire the other children at Priory Common.

Many thanks and we look forward to sharing our Science Week with you all.
