What an exciting day we had on Thursday 18th December! We were delighted to welcome two very special visitors to our school. Our local MP, Chris Curtis, joined us to present a wonderful prize to one of our talented Year 1 pupils who won his Christmas card competition. The creativity of our young learners continues to impress me.
Adding to the festive cheer, Santa himself visited Priory Common and brought a magical surprise - a book for every single pupil to take home and enjoy. It was a moment of pure joy and excitement for our children.

On Thursday 8th May, we were proud to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day with a special celebration alongside our pupils and their families. The day was filled with learning, reflection, and community spirit as we honoured the end of World War II in Europe and remembered the sacrifices made for peace.

Highlights included themed activities, songs from the era, creative projects, and shared stories that brought history to life. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so memorable!
