  • Car Parking

Wed 22 Feb 2017 Mrs Haskew

    Dear Families and Friends,

Please can I ask you all to consider our neighbours when parking cars in the local area during the morning drop off and the afternoon pick up periods.

Residents are very patient but please ensure their driveways are not blocked and the safety of other drivers and pedestrians is considered.

    Thankyou,

    Mrs Haskew

  • Half term update

Fri 10 Feb 2017 Mrs Haskew

We have come to the end of yet another busy half term. There have been many highlights.

This week we held one of our termly Faith Days. Last term the children learnt about Sikhism and this term they learnt about Christianity as part of our curriculum.

Recently, the children all took part in a democratic vote to choose the charity they would like to support for the rest of the year. They chose, by quite a significant amount, 'Make A Wish' . The first event to raise money for the charity will be on the 17th March. This is our ProKick school challenge  - more information to follow nearer the time.

On the 2nd March it is World Book Day. Children may dress as a book character if they want to for the day (please make sure clothing is suitable for indoors and outdoors). At 2:40pm on this day we are inviting families and friends to join us to read with the children (this will replace Reading Morning on this occasion#). We will open the rear pedestrian gate for access.

We look forward to seeing all of the children again after half term.
