Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
I just wanted to let you all know that the children raised £664.45 for their charity by taking part in the ProKicks sponsored event.
A big thank you to everyone that sponsored the children. Such a large amount will make a big difference to the charity.

Year Two Parents,
I am sure most of you are aware, through media and older children, that KS2 SATs are taking place this week in schools across the country.
The purpose of this email is to let you know that yes children in Year 2 do still take part in SATs however we build them in to our daily timetable as a focus task rather than a test. Children have been taking part in focus tasks throughout the year and so will not know the difference therefore taking away any stress or anxiety from our children.
Another difference between KS1 SATs compared to the end of KS2 SATs is that they only inform the end of Key Stage judgement.
At the end of the academic year teachers look at all the judgements that have been made throughout the year as well as the results from the tests.
Children’s end of year outcomes will be shared with parents via reports and can be discussed at open evening.
Kind Regards
Mrs Cash
